Today, I am going to do a detox day with Fit n Tasty. I am very excited to "detoxify" my body with all these fruits & vegetable juices. I did a lot of excess during my vacation in France and at home since I'm back, I think my body will appreciate this little cleansing. I received my juices yesterday morning by post pressed just before delivery. Now let's start the day with my first juice : Ginger/Lemon/Water. I will share my experience with you very soon on the blog, don't miss it, I guess it will be very interesting!
